When you book an appointment with Lindsay Syme Photography, we begin with the end in mind. Before we take photographs, we need to have a plan. Creating a plan and shooting for the plan will yield the best results in your final products.
We want to know about you and your goals. What are your hopes for these photographs? As we have a pre-consultation over the phone or at the studio, we will cover everything from outfit options, to color choices, and answer all of your questions. We want to get to know you and meet your expectations.
Photoshoot at the Studio or On-Location
Often times, having your family portrait taken can be stressful. The kids get off schedule, Dad isn't completely enthused about the "whole thing" and Mom is feeling frazzled. We are here to say RELAX. Our goal is to go with the flow and make this as stress-free as possible for YOU. We are all about YOU and will serve YOU.
We offer sessions in studio and on-location. Together, we will pick the best location that meets your needs and your final goals for print products.
The Ordering Appointment
This is where you get to see your images for the first time! We will set up an appointment for you to come to the studio to chose the right products, prints, and heirloom pieces that are perfect for your home. This is the time for you place your portrait order. Be sure to bring anyone involved in the purchasing process so you can have the order placed by the end of the appointment. We will help you sort through the photographs and make the final decisions. We'll show you size comparisons and other design elements.
About 3-4 weeks after the order is placed, your portraits will be ready for pick-up. We will contact you and make arrangements for you to take home your products to enjoy for many years!
